All the fields of the trial balance layout are mandatory. Following there are some checks before uploading:

1- In column A must be informed the accrual month with two digits .

2- In column B must be informed the account code according registered on Chart of Accounts.

3- In column C must be informed the account name and it can not have single quotation mark, double quotes, apostrophe and backslash (‘ ” `´\) and must have at most 50 characters.

4- In columns of balances (D, E, F and G)

• It cannot have thousand separators
• It cannot have – (dash) where there is no balance inform 0,00
• It cannot have formulas
• They must be formatted in numbers with two decimal digits without thousand separators

5- In column H must be informed the trial balance year

6- In column I must be informed the accounting subsidiary code registered in PZM.
