To perform this activity make sure that your profile is set up as “Supervisor”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the chart of accounts upload only CSV format files and in accordance with the layout provided by our implemantation team and\/or support
are accepted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you make sure that your file meet the requirements needed, check if you are logged in the company\/subsidiary in which you want to upload the balances and proceed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access menu Main Controls > File<\/strong> Load<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the following screen click Choose File<\/strong>. Select the file in your computer and then click Import File.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The imported file will appear in the box Source File(s). <\/strong>Select the type of file on the Layout File<\/strong>, click in the file and then click Upload <\/strong>button, located in the right of the screen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wait for the file to process and scroll down the page to check all the uploaded files. If the file has some problem the logs of error will appear in the same field Result.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After making the upload validation the information on menu Main Controls > DataBase > Chart of Accounts Validation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Search<\/strong> to bring uploaded information on screen then click Validate<\/strong> and if you are updating a chart of accounts click alsoUpdate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By loading the screen it will refresh and the information can be consulted later on menu Transactions > Chart of Accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
